What built for AI means

Six design decisions that follow from putting the accelerator, not the server, at the center.

Accelerator density

The rack, the row, and the hall are laid out around accelerator nodes, not around servers that happen to carry them. Density is the design constraint, not an afterthought.

High-bandwidth fabric

AI workloads talk sideways. Training synchronizes gradients, and serving shards models across nodes. The interconnect is built for that traffic pattern.

Liquid cooling and clean power

High-density racks need direct liquid cooling and power delivery that can absorb the load swings of AI jobs. Facilities are sited and engineered with that in mind.

AI-native scheduling

Placement understands the shapes of AI work: long training jobs, latency-bound inference, and bursty, stateful agent stages. That understanding comes from NiNI Labs.

Efficiency measured per token

The metric that matters is useful work per watt and per dollar. Utilization, batching, and cache hit rates are tracked end to end, not per server.

Isolation and sovereignty

Tenant isolation at the hardware, network, and scheduler layers, and the option of dedicated capacity for teams with data-residency or compliance requirements.

Common questions

Is Nicroo Core operating today?

Not yet. Nicroo Core is in the design and partnership phase. The stack above it — the Nicrron gateway, Ninoo, and the NiNI Labs research — is live and running on third-party capacity today.

Is this a cloud, a colocation offering, or both?

The intent is both: capacity consumed through NiNI Cloud and the Nicrron gateway for most customers, and dedicated or reserved capacity for teams whose workloads need it.

What hardware will you run?

Facilities are designed to be accelerator-agnostic so that generations and vendors can change without redesigning the hall. Specific configurations will be shared with design partners.
